Ingredients :
60 grm Fat
150 grm Onion, Chopped
10 grm Cutrry Powder
2,5 Ltr White basic sauce
2 cup Cream
120 grm Rice
225 grm Chicken
Procedure :
1. Saute the chopped onion in melted fat
2. Add curry Powder and Continue to Saute.
3. Make white Basic sauce with chicken stock, strain and add to
onion Mixture.
4. Add cream and adjust seasoning.
5. Garnish with cooked rice and julienne of chikcken.
